An understanding of the law is important in order to sell superyachts...but a good dose of common sense is essential too.

When I created the Yacht Broker Master Class I referred to Michael Moore for advice about the module dealing with the IYBA Purchase and Sales Contract. Moore & Co is one of the leading marine law firms in the United States, and the IYBA contract is the most commonly used Agreement for yacht sales in the U.S.
